Meteorologist Sakis Arnautoglu predicts how bad weather will develop tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.
On Tuesday, Elpida is expected to move south and hit Crete, where heavy snowfall is expected in the next 24 hours. Low temperatures will persist throughout the country until Wednesday.
It will soon become clear whether the invasion of a new cold mass threatens and, if so, how intense it will be in the north of the country over the coming weekend.
Light snow is expected tomorrow in the Sporades, Evia, Boeotia and Attica, in the eastern Peloponnese. It will weaken by noon on Tuesday, partially remaining only in the Cyclades and Evia.
In Attica tonight and tomorrow afternoon snow will prevail at high altitudes, in other areas there will be no precipitation at night.
On Wednesday, the bad weather will recede, only in the Cyclades, in the eastern and southern parts at the heights, it will snow. However, low temperatures will continue. On Thursday, almost all over the country, clear sunny weather will become even warmer on Friday. Fog and local rains are expected on Saturday.
