A strong earthquake occurred at 23:00 on Wednesday evening off the Greek island of Astypalea. According to the Geodynamic Institute of the Athens Observatory, the earthquake had a magnitude of 5.2 on the Richter scale.
The earthquake occurred at a focal depth of 115.5 km, and the epicenter is located 29 km south of the island of Astypalea.
