Two elderly clients of one of the beauty institutes in Thessaloniki wrote a complaint about the cosmetic services, which cost them dearly.
One of the two applicants, according to a lawsuit filed and triggered by an investigation ordered by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Department of Property Rights of the Thessaloniki Police, stated that she had suffered “skin problems” and suffered financial damage because she was persuaded to undergo a series of cosmetic procedures.
An investigation involving nine people, including the owner and employees of the alleged company, resulted in criminal charges for fraud, bodily harm and illicit enrichment.
According to the case file, the damage claimed by the two ladies amounts to a total of 87,820 euros. lifo.gr.
As it became known, the first victim, aged 74, who complained of bodily injuries, suffered damages in the amount of 63,000 euros, and the second lady, 78 years old, in the amount of 24,000 euros (an amount that, according to her, amounts to an advance payment and failure to comply with treatment programs).
The materials of the case were sent to the prosecutor’s office of Thessaloniki.
