Coldplay release video filmed in the ancient theater Herodium (video)

The long-awaited official music video for the song “Feels Like I'm Falling in Love” by the British band Coldplay, filmed in the ancient theater of Herod Atticus beneath the Acropolis, was released on Monday. The video was filmed at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus at the foot of the Acropolis in Athens on June 10.

After two sold-out concerts at OAKA Stadium on June 8 and 9, the famous band invited their fans via social media to take part in the filming of a music video. The response was huge, with around 2,500 fans lining up outside the Irodio awaiting instructions.

The black and white video begins with a woman translating the lyrics of frontman Chris Martin's song into sign language. The clip then cuts to a theater where Coldplay are on stage with the same woman, continuing to “sing” in sign language in unison with the Athenian crowd.
