Biden widens lead over Trump

A Reuters poll showed that if the US presidential election were held today, 41% of respondents would vote for Biden, while 37% would vote for Trump.

Thus, Biden increased his advantage, notes edition. Another approximately 22% of respondents have not decided on a candidate; they either will not take part in the vote, or are ready to choose a third party.

The former president, as the five-day survey shows, led among respondents without a college degree, while Biden led among those with one. Let us recall that in the 2020 presidential election, only 2/3 of eligible voters took part in the presidential election – according to the results, Biden defeated Trump.

The Reuters/Ipsos poll included responses from 833 registered voters surveyed online across the country. The error may be approximately 4%.

Joe Biden leads Donald Trump in six of seven key swing states. The president's State of the Union address rallied Democrats and eased concerns about Biden's age.
