Tax accrual has started ΕΝΦΙΑ. Property owners can see the amount in their personal account (myAADE) on the AADE digital portal.
The posting of notices has just started, and those who have downloaded the myAADEapp app on their mobile phone will be able to see the new property tax bill there. Payment will be made in 11 installments: the first installment is on April 30, and the last installment is on February 28, 2025.
According to the amendments, the number of contributions to repay the ΕΝΦΙΑ is expected to increase to 12 in 2025.
Property tax in Greece is called ΕΝΦΙΑ. All owners pay the government for every property they own. ENFIA – the tax is constant, i.e. it is paid every year. The amount depends on various factors, such as area, floor (if it is a residential building), year of construction, zone price, etc.
A notice of the amount to be paid can be seen on the ΤΑΧΙΣ ΝΕΤ website.
