Unseasonably high temperatures persist throughout Greece, the National Meteorological Service reports.
On March 6, sunny and partly cloudy weather is expected. Localized light rain is possible only in the afternoon in central and eastern Macedonia and Thrace, mainly in the mountains. The rest of the territory is clear, cloudy in the midday and daytime hours in the continental highlands.
The wind is northwest, from 3 to 5 on the Beaufort scale, southeast in the Aegean Sea, from 5 to 6. Still warm. The air temperature will be 24–26°C in the west and north of the mainland, in some places up to 28°C in the east, on the islands from 22°C to 24°C, on Crete up to 25°C.
Weather in Attica. Clear and sunny with scattered clouds from midday. The wind is variable, from 2 to 4 points on the Beaufort scale. Temperature from 12°C to 27°C.
