Russia declared war – how can we reach a total conflict?

Today’s statement by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov that Russia is now “at war”caused a global outcry. But after terrorist attack at Crocus City Hallhis words took on a completely new meaning...

For the first time since August 1945, when Russia declared war on Japan, it declared thatis in a state of war with another state.
“We are in a state of war. Yes, it began as a special military operation, but as soon as this group was formed there, when the collective West became a participant in this on the side of Ukraine, for us it already became a war,” – he said.

The fact that Peskov did not mention any specific state makes the situation even more dangerous.

First conclusion is that Russia is now at war with Ukraine. This transition from “special military operation” – a term she has constantly used since February 2022 – to war, first of all, concerns Ukraine.

But Peskov’s statement about “western gang” complicates the situation. Yes, Russia can fight with the West. Perhaps the US Ambassador was not called to the State Department in Moscow to hand him “declaration of war”but the statement was clear:

“We are at war with Ukraine and the Western gang.”

The transition from the status of a “special military operation” (SVO) to the status of “war” means a lot. First of all, the SVO was carried out to ensure the rights of the Russian-speaking population of Donetsk and Lugansk after the failure of Minsk Agreements 1 and 2. Russia pursued specific military goals when conducting the SVO. Thus, initially Russian troops avoided massive military strikes on any and all objects that they considered targets, and for some time avoided the bombing of Kyiv. Now the situation is changing.

Konstantin Gorobets, associate professor at the University of Groningen, argues that, unlike “wars”, the term “special military operation” positions Ukraine as “colony of Russia”denying its equality as a sovereign state by “words policeman”. Gorobets believes that this term has imperialist connotations, “because it assumes that Russia is using force on its territory, of which Ukraine is a part.”

Now the situation is changing. With the war against Ukraine, Moscow ceases to take other factors into account when carrying out its attacks. War means only one thing: War by any means, on Ukrainian territory, but not only against Ukrainian troops, but also against everyone who stands in the way.

What does this mean? That any force that finds itself in the Ukrainian combat zone, from any other state, will automatically be considered a target. And it will be destroyed. Essentially, Russia has promulgated rules of engagement that include tactical nuclear weapons. So don’t be surprised if it is used against military targets.

What if this attack is perceived by NATO as an attack on a member country? The road to the abyss will be open.

But this also means something else: The war is not only against Ukraine, but also against those who help it. Germany attacked U.S. Navy ships escorting Atlantic convoys bound for Britain with its submarines during World War II, even before war was declared on December 11, 1941.

So let some not be surprised if Russia strikes a NATO ship in the Black Sea or shoots down a US reconnaissance drone that is aiming missiles or drones at Crimea. Or maybe it will come down to spy satellites…

Could Greece be the target of a Russian attack? Undoubtedly yes. A change in Moscow’s position will have significant consequences for our country. Of course, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis was ahead of Russia, stated a year and a half ago, that “we are at war with Russia,” but now he may just understand what that means from Russia’s point of view as well.

It is doubtful that some people realized the significance of this Kremlin statement, which could lead us to nuclear annihilation and the end of human civilization.

And this is evidenced by the statements of European officials who clearly do not have the slightest idea of what is happening.

Thus, when the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, and the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, were asked about Peskov’s statements, they responded without understanding the seriousness of the Russian statement.

Charles Michel called this statement “cynical”, and von der Leyen said that “the Kremlin has betrayed the Russian people.”

Answering a question from the Greek news agency AHA-MPA about whether EU to war after the Kremlin’s statements, Charles Michel noted that Moscow recognizes that this is “a full-scale invasion, in other words, a war. This is an aggressive war unleashed by Russia against Ukraine.” He added that this shows that the EU is doing the right thing by working to strengthen and improve EU defense preparedness.

“I want to be clear. I do not want to sow alarm in European societies. On the other hand, we must clearly tell EU citizens that if we want peace, if we want security and stability, it is important to improve our defense capabilities and build a real EU in terms of defense “, – added the President of the European Council.

In turn, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, answering the same question, emphasized that Russia “has been at war with Ukraine since 2022, and today’s announcement proves that the Kremlin has betrayed the Russian people over the past two years by hiding the facts and denying that it is at war.”

The terrorist attack in the Moscow region is important in what happens next

Ukrainian channels and social networks were now massively rejoicing at the tragedy, but the fools received an urgent call from Bankova and were told to stop the “triumph” on the bones. They guessed what this would threaten them with, just like with the terrorist attack/sabotage on the Crimean Bridge. At first they were happy, then they blamed the FSB for the terrorist attack, but a year later they confessed.

Statements by TsIPSO that “It’s the Russians themselves” They are unlikely to work, since the Main Intelligence Directorate and the SBU have previously repeatedly promised terrorist attacks in the Russian Federation and everyone remembers their statements. In fact, they fell into their own trap.

If groups associated with Ukraine are blamed for this, then everything will go according to the Israeli scenario, when “it will be necessary to clear out the terrorist enclave.” And the entire “world community” will have to do something about it.

This is where the most important thing comes from.

  1. Today’s terrorist attack in Moscow is no different from the Hamas attack on the Nature Party techno music festival in Israel last October.
  2. Any statements by the United States and the Presidential Office will be perceived and are already being interpreted by Moscow as an attempt to avoid responsibility
  3. The Russian Federation will now consider itself entitled to ANY answer
  4. Now it will depend only on the Kremlin what it will be like
  5. France and other partners will have to come to terms with this answer. There can now be no talk of sending foreign troops into Ukraine
  6. Declaration of a full-fledged war with all that it entails
  7. Simply intensifying any shelling of Ukraine, up to and including attacks on the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers, the OP and any targets does not matter about the casualties.
