Kozani in the Guinness Book of Records

Gambling and luck are the two main “ingredients” necessary to achieve any goal, even if it’s… a Guinness record. One city in Greece has achieved this goal.

We are talking about Kozani and the famous Kozanitiko Kihi (Κοζανίτικο Κιχί). The city’s bakery made the biggest quiche this year. The famous traditional pie, which has been prepared here for Maslenitsa for 10 years, reached 5.60 meters this year! Thus, none of the local residents and numerous foreigners were left deprived and happily took the offered piece.
