An unusual incident occurred at the exit of the Neos Kosmos metro station. The shocked woman told Mega about the unknown African: “He cut off a lock of my hair, threw it in front of me, started laughing and mocking me,” and added:
“It was so unexpected, I was confused at that moment, I didn’t even have time to take a picture of him, I was in shock.”
The incident occurred during rush hour and with a large crowd of people. The woman suddenly felt a man’s hand stroking her hair and froze when an unknown man took a strand of her hair in his hands.
“I was just confused, I was looking at him, I had an appointment at the store across the street, I went and sat there because I was dizzy from confusion, and at that time he walked into the next store and showed his genitals.”
He cut her hair with a blade, and that was the only action he took. “The truth is that he is definitely crazy. And in general his appearance and gaze were completely lost, like that of a person who “does not know what is happening to him”, – said the woman. – I think he would do this to anyone who walked past this place. His look was lost, so there is definitely a psychological problem here. I was scared and caught off guard. Now I’m on guard when I go outside.”
Having recovered from the shock, the girl went to the local police station to report what had happened and give a detailed description of the attacker. According to her, the stranger was African, very tall, very thin, with a red and black backpack on his back and his hair tied in dreadlocks. Meanwhile, several children contacted the police and said that he had entered the subway.
The attack is under investigation and authorities are collecting information to find the perpetrator.
