The head and founder of the Russian Volunteer Corps, Denis Nikitin, said that Russian volunteers will open fire on military targets of the Russian Federation in the Belgorod and Kursk regions within an hour and a half.

“We again appeal to the residents of the Kursk and Belgorod regions! Your leadership has not taken any measures for your protection or evacuation, and the shelling of peaceful cities and villages of Ukraine continues as before. We are forced to return fire on military targets in the border regions! Evacuate immediately. I appeal “directly to the residents of these regions. Immediately leave the Kursk region, Belgorod region, all major populated areas. We will open fire on military targets in this territory within 1.5 hours after this appeal.”
