Georgios Themelis, at the age of 88, became the oldest participant in the 15th Kalambaka – Trikala Half Marathon.
In contrast, the youngest was 13-year-old Georgios Kottas.
Georgios Themelis, who is 88 years old, once again proved that sport has no age with his participation in the Kalambaka – Trikala half marathon this year.
He only needs willpower and… strong courage.

He was the oldest athlete to take part in the race.
They are 75 years apart from their youngest, 13-year-old Georgios Kottas, but share a great love for athletics.
