As stated by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection Domna Mikhailidou, today, February 26, a platform for working pensioners was opened.
e-EFKA platform https://www.efka.gov.gr/el/delose-apascholeses-syntaxioychon) is open for filing declarations by working pensioners. It is noted that all of them (hired and self-employed), as well as those who declared work in previous years in the insurance funds, are required to declare their data and type of work on the specified platform.
If a citizen does not do this, then he faces a fine in the amount of 12 monthly pensions, basic and auxiliary.
According to the Minister of Labor, “according to experts, only about 100 thousand pensioners are working. But only 36 thousand of them officially declare this.”
