He notes that military registration and enlistment offices will be able to consider cases of administrative offenses around the clock, conduct medical examinations of reservists and those liable for military service, and keep records of conscripts and vehicles “subject to transfer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations.”
Currently, martial law and a regime of general mobilization are in effect in Ukraine, which have been extended until May 13, 2024.
