The leader was the page dedicated to ChatGPT, a chatbot with generative artificial intelligence from OpenAI. Its English version has almost 50 million readers.

Since the launch of ChatGPT a year ago, it has rapidly burst into people’s consciousness and has literally become a part of their lives. “ChatGPT is one of the generative AI tools that learns from Wikipedia data, extracting large amounts of content from our articles to answer people’s queries. The fact that millions of people are turning to Wikipedia to learn about ChatGPT is an interesting twist.”
