Budanov’s wife was poisoned, she is in the hospital (video)

Marianna Budanova, the wife of the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, was poisoned with heavy metals, sources in the Main Intelligence Directorate reported.

The woman is in hospital after a long deterioration in her health, writes publication “Ukrainian Truth”. His interlocutor at the Main Intelligence Directorate noted that Marianna was diagnosed with heavy metal damage:

“It’s true about Budanov’s wife (poisoning). She complained of feeling unwell, so she was tested, which revealed poisoning. Now the course of treatment is being completed, further monitoring by doctors. These substances are not used in any way in everyday life or military affairs. Their presence may indicate a deliberate attempt to poison a specific person.”

Sources confirmed that there was an attempt on Kirill Budanov’s life, both before and after the full-scale invasion. According to sources, Budanov’s wife was “most likely poisoned through food”:

“She is already better, she has completed the first stage of treatment. Since Budanov’s wife is small, with little weight, it manifested itself faster in her. And poisoning was confirmed in several more employees: they are just a little huge, they didn’t notice anything about themselves, and now they are also being treated.”

An investigation is currently underway into a possible attempt to murder the wife of the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry. Kirill Budanov, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, said in an interview with Radio Liberty that his wife Marianna lives with him in his office, although she does not work at the Main Intelligence Directorate. Since June 2021, she has been working as an adviser to the mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko.

Kirill and Marianna Budanov got engaged in August 2013. In October 2022, Budanova gave an interview to the Ukrainian magazine Elle, in which she talked about herself.
