From Argentina to Australia and China to Peru, here are the coolest destinations to visit in 2024.
Every year National Geographic compiles a list of the most interesting places to visit. This list includes many options: from a simple acquaintance with a big city to a radical escape from everyday life – visiting corners of pristine nature or discovering new culinary delights.
Among those the magazine highlighted this year are many European destinations, as well as Xi’an (China), famous for its “clay soldiers”, a unique World Heritage Site.
Tainan, the original capital of Taiwan, is set to celebrate its 400th anniversary in 2024, and the magazine says it’s a good excuse to try turkey rice, tofu pudding and more. 30 coolest destinations for 2024:
