A C-130 military transport aircraft delivered humanitarian aid from Greece to Egypt for the civilian population of the Gaza Strip.
A message about this was published on official website Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece: “Greek humanitarian aid intended for the civilian population of the Gaza Strip arrived today by C-130 aircraft at El Arish Airport in Egypt. The aid package, collected by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Health, including pharmaceutical and medical supplies, was accepted at El Arish Military Airport by the Greek Ambassador in Cairo. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in agreement with the competent Egyptian authorities, ensures the fastest possible delivery of Greek humanitarian aid to Gaza.”
The website of the Greek Foreign Ministry also states that the Greek humanitarian aid includes pharmaceutical and medical materials collected by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Health with the support of the Panhellenic Union of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
