The apartment of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in Crimea was sold at auction for 44.3 million rubles. This was reported by the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the region.

Verbatim: “Property was put up for auction at the address in the town of Livadia (Yalta) on Baturina street, 44 A, apartment 501 with an area of ​​119.5 sq. m. The initial cost of the lot was 24 million 642 thousand rubles, the auction step was 1 million “232 thousand rubles. Two individual participants living in Moscow showed up for the auction. As a result, Yulia Kalnitskaya offered 43.124 million rubles, and the winner Olga Lipovetskaya – 44.356 million rubles.”

What happened before: after a full-scale invasion in 2022, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation proposed to “compensate for the losses of Donbass at the expense of the assets of Ukrainian officials in Russia” – in particular, to take away an apartment in occupied Crimea from the wife of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
