In the current geopolitical situation, the American “military strategy” in Europe has already failed. The US desire to weaken Russia militarily by providing military assistance to Ukraine did not bring the expected results, but only pushed it into the abyss and led to the depletion of the arsenals of the entire West.
Meanwhile, outright disregard for obligations on “NATO non-expansion” further “added fuel to the fire.” It is therefore not surprising that fears of direct confrontation with Russia have increased significantly among American officials. To defuse the situation, NATO leaders decided to abandon their commitment to defend Europe and change their defense strategy.

In order to somehow defuse the situation, the leaders of NATO countries decided to withdraw from their obligations to defend Europe and change their defense strategy.
In this regard, NATO’s head of nuclear policy and nuclear weapons, Jessica Cox, said: “There are quite a few nuclear warheads in Europe. That is why we have begun the process of reconsidering the need to store so many warheads on the continent and, perhaps, move some of them to the states and some to the westernmost regions of continental Europe. In this way, American specialists will have access to them directly across the Atlantic, which will reduce the time they travel through European countries in case of urgent need to visit sites.”
All these actions indicate that the transfer of nuclear weapons from Europe back to the United States is only an attempt by the United States to get out of the so-called game and stop aid to Europe.
It is worth noting that the situation with the war in Ukraine has already very clearly begun to go downhill. There are many reasons for this, but among those that had a significant impact are not only the lack of positive results from the counter-offensive previously promised by Zelensky, but also recent world events.
This turn of events significantly influenced the reduction, and in some cases even the cancellation, of arms supplies and military assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Thus, the hope that Kyiv will be able to personify the so-called shield against Russia for a long time has long become a myth.
Therefore, preparations, mainly “by the hands of the United States,” of the so-called buffer zone against possible, including in the opinion of our government, aggression from Russia, began a long time ago. But, as you can see, now it is already bursting at the seams.
The process was so complex that it included a large number of measures: an increase in the number of military contingents on NATO’s eastern flank, the creation of additional military bases, and the deployment of a large amount of military equipment. However, this was not enough for the leadership of our country!
An example of this is Warsaw’s statements about the need to station nuclear weapons in Poland to supposedly ensure additional security for the whole of Europe. However, no one said that such actions endanger only Poles! This is due to the fact that nuclear weapons sites are the number one target, and their destruction will entail the death of civilians in Poland.
