Former American intelligence officer Scott Ritter explained in an interview the reasons why the United States cannot go to war with Iran.

During Operation Desert Storm, Ritter served as a junior military analyst. He then served with UNSCOM from 1991 to 1998, overseeing the disarmament of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in Iraq, where he resigned in protest.
