In the very near future, people will be able to live up to 120 years.

“I wish you to live to be 120 years old!” – say Jews who want to wish someone a happy birthday. However, so far in the entire history only one person has been recorded who lived for such a long time.

However, judging by the leaps and bounds that science and medicine are making between now and the next decade, most people will be able to live full and healthy lives until they are 120 years old, according to Dr. Ernst von Schwarz.

The expert believes that Rapid progress in the development of stem cell therapies means that longevity is anything but a fairy tale. And by the end of the century, 150 years of life will become the norm.

The only drawback, as the doctor notes, is that stem cells will not work on their own. If you want to live long and have a healthy old age, you need to start eating right and exercising regularly. So that it’s not too late.

“I think we can extend life,” von Schwartz told the New York Post. “Probably in a few years people will be able to live up to 120, 150 years, if not longer. And they will be active, continue to participate in social and professional life,” he notes.

The only officially recognized person to have lived to 120 years was the Frenchwoman Jeanne Calment, who died in 1997 at the age of 122 years and 164 days, although even this fact has been disputed.

Dr. Ernst von Schwarz says that medicine is undergoing a revolution in the fight against aging.

“In recent years we have moved from what we call reactive medicine to what we call regenerative medicine, using mainly stem cell therapy,” he explains.

“Although stem cells are not FDA approved, they are the future of medicine. We can prolong life or even slow down some of the aging processes,” he continues.

The professor even prescribes stem cells, and many celebrities join his client list.

“We inject stem cells into their faces and they glow,” he says. “The procedure repairs superficial skin damage and regenerates collagen on the face. After a few days, they look 5-10 years younger,” he explains.

The FDA has approved only one type of stem cell therapy.

“Stem cells can repair an arthritic knee, restore hair and some brain damage. The injection takes less than half an hour and requires no recovery time compared to surgery,” he says.

“The most important discovery”: stem cells are the “master cells” of the body and are responsible for its regeneration.

There are a large number of clinical trials currently underway, but so far the FDA has only approved one treatment – for blood cancer patients – and warns unscrupulous doctors are putting lives at risk by offering fake stem cell treatments.

“Stem cell therapy is considered the most important discovery in modern medicine, perhaps even greater than the discovery of penicillin or the discovery of tuberculosis bacteria,” von Schwartz says in his book.

The scientist repeatedly emphasizes that Stem cells are not a miracle cure: Patients who want to benefit should also work on themselves, follow a Mediterranean diet, exercise and give up toxic habits such as smoking.

“A healthy diet can extend life,” he says, citing research that links Processed food intake linked to increased colon cancer rates among people aged 20 to 30.

Exercise is also an important factor. It is recommended to exercise five days a week, that is, 30 to 60 minutes a day, what we would call moderate-intensity exercise.

“I don’t believe we are destined to achieve immortality. But extending healthy longevity (taking into account scientific methods) is what we should strive for,” noted Ernst von Schwarz.

Stem cells – controversial expert opinion

This method is not approved by the FDA as research is still underway. At the same time, scientists are trying to identify a possible connection between the occurrence of cancer (with death) in patients who have undergone this type of therapy.
