The public services website gov.gr is now also in English

In order to better serve citizens who do not speak Greek well enough, the gov.gr platform has been offering an English version since yesterday.

This was announced by the Ministry of Digital Governance, writes newsbeast.gr. The site provides 1,547 digital public services, which are now also available to foreign citizens who do not speak Greek. Digital Governance Minister Kyriakos Pierrakakis stated on social media:

“Citizens can already easily and quickly obtain an English-language signature certificate of authenticity for documents and private contracts, and be able to easily and securely send documents and private contracts abroad with their signature.”
