Drama: A foreign man cut off the ears of a stray dog

Using scissors, a resident of Drama performed a bloody and painful “operation” in the courtyard of his house, cutting off the ears of a stray dog.

The incident happened on March 29th. Neighbors reacted to the cries of the abused animal by immediately calling the police. Only the intervention of law enforcement officers put an end to the terrible torture of the bleeding dog – the scissors were confiscated, and the foreign man was arrested by the Doxato police department.

The monster has been charged with animal cruelty. He was brought to the prosecutor of the Dram District Court. The man will be subject to an administrative fine provided for by law. The dog was taken to the veterinarian for treatment of injuries.
