Two 21-year-old girlfriends from Larissa, driving along the road from Platamonas Pieria, found a wallet with personal documents and 8069 euros and 47.50 Bulgarian leva. The girls handed the wallet to the police.
According to onlarissa.gr, law enforcement officers found a bewildered man who did not even realize that he had lost his wallet.
The Thessaly’s regional chief police officer and precinct staff congratulated the two 21-year-old girls “for a kind heart.”
