Hot Easter: temperature record beaten

According to data provided by the National Observatory of Athens, on Easter Sunday, the weather was particularly “hot”.

As forecasters told, on Easter Sunday, many parts of Greece set new temperature records relative to the first decade of May. An indicator of how high the maximum air temperature was, are the data presented below.

They clearly show the deviations of the maximum temperatures on Easter Sunday in relation to their average maximum values ​​in the first ten days of May during the decade – 2010-2019.
