From August 28 to October 15 this year, the “School Basket” promotion will be in effect, and the Ministry of Development is tightening control over the market, since the relevant products are included in the “profitability ceiling” regulations.

- Backpacks, briefcases.
- Pencil cases.
- Notepads/notebooks.
- Wooden or mechanical pencils.
- Colored markers/felt-tip pens.
- Pens.
- Erasers.
- Sharpeners.
- Rulers (set of geometric tools).
- Photocopying paper.
Informing consumers about the products participating in the initiative is mandatory:
- by means of a special mark placed on the products or in their physical or electronic sales area, or by any means by which the products are advertised to the consumer,
- by posting advertisements, a clear list/catalogue of goods included in the basket and their prices should be posted at the entrance to each store,
- in a prominent place in the store, place a stand with goods as a “presentation”.
