New industry collective agreement signed in confectionery sectorprovides a minimum wage of up to 906 euros.
According to a statement by the Panhellenic Federation of Food and Tourism Workers, the collective agreement for workers in confectionery shops throughout the country and their workshops is for 2 years, and the total wage increase is 15%.
Thus, the salary increases from 830.00 euros (minimum salary), depending on length of service and category, to:
- 862.95 euros
- 871.50 euros
- 906.10 euros.
The above gradation refers to the category and specialty, while all institutional conditions are fully preserved, and the three-year period is paid in the amount of 5% of the basic salary for three years, while, unlike the rest of the private sector, in this there are 6 three-year periods, and not 3 three year olds.
The contract covers about 5,000 companies across the country and about 15,000 employees.
