Edward Luttwak, a historian and military theorist, former adviser to US President Ronald Reagan, called for the return of men who left Ukraine from abroad.
On the social network X (Twitter), he proposed publishing the names of those who left at their place of residence in Ukraine, saying, quotes edition “Country”:
“I am not against sending billions of US dollars to Ukraine. I am against military-age Ukrainians remaining abroad with their Ukrainian passports in the fight for independence from invasion. The latter should be abolished by publishing the names in their hometowns at the last address.”
