In February, a historic court hearing will take place – for the first time a robot lawyer will take part in it.
As transmits DailyMail, the defendant will be advised by artificial intelligence, but the name of his client and the location of the court were not disclosed.
DoNotPay, as the robot lawyer was called, will work on the defendant’s smartphone. It will listen to the comments and present instructions to its client on what to say in the arguments.
The New Scientist, despite the inaccessibility of any data, suggested that we could talk about speeding. The company considers this case as a trial and will pay a fine for the “tester”, if any.
Initially, the DoNotPay robot was created to appeal parking tickets in the UK.
