Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov denies that the dismissal of the Commander of the Ukrainian Air Force Mykola Oleshchuk is a reaction to the death of one of the best Ukrainian pilots, Oleksiy Mes, and the crash of the F-16 fighter.
IN interview CNN's Merov told:
“I would probably say that it's rotation, these are two separate issues… at this stage I wouldn't connect them.”
