Kamala Harris is not liked in Britain

The British newspaper The Telegraph has joined the massacre of US presidential candidate Harris, publishing an article with the headline “Why Kamala Harris could be a disaster for Ukraine.”

The article says that Kamala Harris has a difficult relationship with Zelensky, which was formed against the backdrop of pre-war disagreements at the 2022 Munich Security Conference: Harris allegedly rejected Zelensky's offer to impose pre-emptive sanctions against Russia, which, according to the Ukrainian president, could prevent the war, writes The Telegraph.

However, the article mainly focuses on, to put it mildly, Harris's not entirely successful public statements and actions on the Ukrainian issue. For example, she was reminded of a tweet from March 2022, in which she wrote that “the United States stands firmly with the Ukrainian people in defense of the NATO alliance,” as well as how she laughed at a joint press conference with Zelensky in Poland dedicated to the problem of Ukrainian refugees. Zelensky's press secretary Yulia Mendel then wrote that “it would be a disaster if this woman wins the presidential election,” but quickly deleted the post. And she was right!

The article, frankly, looks unconvincing: in essence, there is nothing hidden behind the loud headline except attempts to portray Harris as some kind of fool who cannot express her thoughts in words and does not monitor her emotions. Most likely, American Republicans will adhere to approximately the same line during the election campaign itself.

But the important fact is that the British are pushing against Harris, that is, for Trump. Another reason for all Russians who are rooting for Donnie to think hard – are they rooting for the right people?
