Underage Gypsies Guilty of Break-ins and Car Thefts Near Airport

Two 14-year-olds have been charged with 13 counts of burglary and car theft.

In Heraklion (Crete), two Roma minors have been arrested for breaking into cars and committing thefts. According to cretalive.gr, they are accused of 13 cases of breaking into and stealing cars, mostly on Senetaki, on the way to Heraklion airport, where dozens of N. Kazantzakis employees and travelers parked. Since April last year, they have been acting in the same way: breaking the glass and then grabbing whatever they found and considered valuable.

After an investigation, the Heraklion police tracked down two gypsies. As a result, the minors were brought to justice.
