You'll be surprised how easy it is to make homemade ice cream


Homemade ice cream, easy to prepare, is much tastier and healthier than store-bought ice cream, and without questionable additives.

Moreover, at current prices, this is an excellent opportunity not to give up your favorite treat because of its high cost. There are many recipes for homemade ice cream, but today let's start with the simplest – from cream and condensed milk.

Ingredients:

200 g of cream – you can take 20% fat or more.

100 g condensed milk.

Preparation:

Beat the chilled cream with a mixer until creamy. Continuing to beat, pour in the condensed milk. And that is all! Pour the mixture into a mold, cover with a lid or film and place in the freezer for 3-5 hours. You can use a store-bought ice cream container or a plastic one to store food.

Do not rush to look under the lid before the specified time, and especially do not stir the mass until it hardens completely. Bon appetit!
