Problems with potency can occur in men who work at the computer. Doctor of Medical Sciences, sexologist Alexander Lubennikov warns about this on Telegram.
Recent studies, he says, have shown that prolonged sitting at a computer provokes erectile dysfunction in men. At the same time, the duration of work is important – every additional 1.2 hours increases the risk of developing problems with potency by 3.57 times.
But to fix the situation writes BB.LV, it is quite possible: it is enough to exercise regularly, according to Lubennikov. Physical activity is beneficial for everyone, and especially for people with a sedentary lifestyle, the sexologist noted.
