Mitsotakis to farmers: you will not become waiters and go to Germany

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met with farmers participating in the blockade of Vonitsa after the opening of the Aktio-Amvrakia road. I know the problems firsthand. During these difficult four years, the government was as close as possible to farmers, supporting ELGA with compensation payments of 1 billion euros, reducing VAT on fertilizers and animal feed.”

For his part, the employer representative asked Kyriakos Mitsotakis to take urgent measures to support the primary sector.
