February 5th a new payment will be made for Market Pass behind November and December 2023. This applies to beneficiaries living in affected areas who applied for a Market Pass after October 31, 2023 and received payments in August, September and October.
However, beneficiaries in affected areas who were paid on December 20, 2023 will not be paid again.
Market Pass 2: What does it mean for digital cards?
Market Pass digital debit cards will be valid until February 29, 2024, and after this date no transactions can be made on them. They can also be used for electronic transactions.
The amount of assistance per family is 10% of the monthly purchase amount, set at 220 euros for a family consisting of one member, and increases by 100 euros for each additional family member, with a maximum purchase amount of 1,000 euros.
If the beneficiary chooses a loan to a bank account, the amount of assistance paid is 80% of the above amount.
It should be noted that for each additional dependent or guest, EUR 100.00 is added to the family’s estimated purchase amount, which increases the monthly subsidy by EUR 10.00 if the subsidy payment method is chosen as a digital debit card, or by EUR 8.00 if Bank deposit was chosen as the method of payment of the subsidy.
The maximum estimated purchase amount is set at 1,000.00 eurosso the maximum monthly subsidy is €100.00 if a digital debit card is chosen, or €80.00 if a bank deposit is chosen.
The maximum estimated purchase amount of €1,000.00 does not apply to beneficiaries with more than 6 dependent children.
