Greece: this is how a car is stolen in a few seconds


Car theft has become a scourge in Greece, with drivers tossing and turning in bed all night fearing they won’t find their car in the parking lot in the morning.

One such incident occurred some time ago in the Nea Philadelphia area. MEGA’s main newsletter showed exclusive footage of the robbers in action.

Three gang members, wearing sweatshirts and hoods to hide their features, approach a parked car and spend several minutes “combing” the area while agreeing on a plan of action. One man approaches the car and tries to open the driver’s door. Total 3and in 17 seconds he manages to hack the security mechanism and enter the car.

While he connects wires to start the engine, his accomplices push the car. They quickly manage to escape from the scene, completing their task without hindrance.

The next morning, the owner of the car went out into the street, but the parking spot was empty. “The next morning I woke up and found that the car was gone. It took my breath away. “I experienced first-hand what it’s like to suddenly lose the property that I earned with my blood and sweat,” the car owner told Live News.

Several months after the theft, the car was never found, and the owner noted that it was second car stolen from him in five years.
