Today, December 7, the Unified Food Control Agency EFET announced its decision to withdraw Kinder Bueno chocolate eggs from the market.
As stated in the corresponding message, the regional directorate of EFET Attica, according to the consumer, tested the food product “Kinder Bueno Eggs” weighing 80 g. The specific eggs are sold by the company “Lidl Hellas”, and it was found that the ingredient “wheat flour”, which is allergenic because it contains gluten, not indicated in the description in Greek.
E.F.E.T. has requested the company to immediately recall all products, and appropriate control measures are already in place. The Lidl Hellas company has already informed the consumer community by posting a corresponding announcement in its stores and on its website.
Consumers who are allergic to gluten and have already purchased this product are advised not to consume it.
