Dramatic warning by meteorologist Sakis Arnautoglu, a call for maximum caution

“Be careful, be careful, be careful!” Sakis Arnautoglu warns of Cyclone Daniel. The meteorologist predicts unprecedented problems.

A serious warning from the weatherman is contained in his Facebook post, quotes newsbeast.gr:

“Until now, I have never seen such forecasting models in my life. It is quite possible that by Thursday most of the Thessalian plain will turn into lakes … “.

He draws attention to the huge amount of rainfall in some places in Magnesia, which has already caused great problems:

“If today’s forecasts are true, it is quite possible that by Thursday morning large parts of the Thessalian Plain will turn into lakes – the predicted amount of rain given by most forecast models for the next 36 hours is unprecedented and I have never seen anything like it in my life until today !!! Restrict your movements within the territory and take the necessary self-defense measures!!!”.

Intrusive storms from the Sporades and Evia move mainly towards Magnesia, less intensively towards the rest of Thessaly and southern parts of central Macedonia. “A similar situation,” the meteorologist warns, “is likely to continue for the next 36 hours.”
