It is estimated that the total damage to the state exceeds 120,000 euros. A doctor and nurse accused of illegally issuing prescriptions for drugs were released on Saturday (17.06) on restrictive conditions and a certain amount of money posted as bail.
58 year old doctor and 48 year old nurse denied the allegations on the case file. They are charged with the creation of a criminal group, forgery, the issuance of fake medical certificates, regular fraud, according to agriniopress. After a lengthy investigative process, they were released on parole. The restrictive conditions for each of them relate to a ban on leaving the country, to appear at the relevant police station and a guarantee of 10,000 euros.
