Beneficiaries who choose to deposit the Market Pass Social Assistance amount as a personal bank account deposit and apply between March 1 and 15, 2023 will receive the amount on May 3 for May, June and July.
After Easter, May 3, the financial authorities of the Greek government will make payments under the Market Pass program. Beneficiaries who have chosen to accrue the amount on digital card and those who applied from March 1 to March 15 receive assistance as follows:
- May 3 for May,
- June 3 for June,
- July 3 for July.
Those beneficiaries who have chosen to deposit the amount to their personal bank account will receive one-time assistance, on May 3, immediately for 3 months. Any transfer to a third party or withdrawal of the amount credited to the debit card is not possible. The use of a digital debit card is carried out through a device that supports contactless transaction technology (Web / Virtual POS).
The digital debit card remains activated until 08/31/2023, at which point the credit or financial institution must immediately deactivate it, with any unused balance forfeited.
