It became known when the energy crisis in Europe will end

The probable timing of the end of the energy crisis in Europe is called by Project Syndicate in an article by columnist Edoardo Campanella.

IN publications The observer said: Europe will remain in a state of energy crisis until at least 2024. In his opinion, the main reason is the probable refusal of any Russian energy carriers. He notes that until now the crisis has not been too severe, thanks to a relatively warm winter, which allowed European countries to reduce energy consumption. However, there is an obvious risk of deterioration of the situation, which can hit the chemical, metallurgical and glass industries in the region, the author notes:

“Assuming weather conditions return to relative normal next winter, European governments will need to aim to cut consumption by 10% from 2021 levels to keep the total below 450 billion cubic meters.”

The observer argues that the role of supplies from Russia will remain crucial for the European economy until “new regasification capacities” appear or until alternative energy sources are put into operation.
