A car collision with wild boars on the fast lane in Tempi nearly cost the driver his life.
The man sitting behind the wheel remained alive, thanks to pure chance, when suddenly a herd of wild boars appeared in front of him, and he did not even have time to press the brake to avoid a collision!
A traffic accident was recorded at ΠΑΘΕ, at the height of the Tempi tunnels. According to information, everything happened at about 02:00 in the morning, when the driver of the car, moving along the highway, noticed a herd of 4-5 wild boars in front of him. Despite his efforts, he was unable to avoid a collision.
An EKAB ambulance arrived at the scene. The man reportedly sustained minor injuries and was taken to the general hospital in Larisa.
