A temporary block on the decision on the compulsory vaccination of doctors, which begins on September 27, was imposed by a New York court. The reason is that religious motives are not exempt from the state ordinance.
15 medical workers, doctors and nurses filed lawsuits against the state. They argue that compulsory vaccinations violate their constitutional rights. All of them, as stated in the statements, are Christians. Faith does not allow them to use vaccines that used embryonic stem cells to develop.
The Mandatory Medical Vaccination Order was issued in August by former Governor Andrew Cuomo. He noted that approximately 75% of the 450,000 medical workers are fully vaccinated.
Judge David Hurd made a decision: to prohibit compulsory vaccination. However, it is still temporary. He ordered the competent authorities to answer the plaintiffs on the merits, and scheduled the next hearing on September 28.
