Went for the rolls and forgot the gun

In Thessaloniki, there was a curious incident from the series “both laughter and sin”: a policeman bought buns and forgot a gun in the store.

The backpack, which contained service weapons and personal belongings, was left by a police officer in a famous pastry shop.

According to the Open TV channel, the policeman visited a bakery located in a shopping center of the city, and when he left, taking chureki buns, he completely forgot about the backpack, which contained a pistol, cartridges and his personal belongings.

According to the same information, the backpack was found by the employees of the pastry shop, who informed the head of the shopping center security about this. He contacted the police, reporting a strange find. A case has been initiated against the police officer.
However, after checking and by the decision of the prosecutor, the muddled policeman was released.
