Independent State Revenue Authority (AADE) is preparing a new “tool” to combat tax evasion and identify hidden income of freelancers, which is expected to be launched by the end of October.

The reason for this is a digital client list, with the help of which auditors will be able to “see” clients of professionals from their office and check the data of the client list with receipts issued and registered on the platform MyDATA.

Digital Client Register is a new digital application where professionals will have to record the number of clients on a daily basis. Once the tax audit engine knows the number of customers, it will be able to do this in real time through the platform. myDATA view issued receipts.

Car repair shops, vulcanizers, parking and vehicle rental companies, event and excursion organizers are among the professional sectors that will soon be required to maintain a digital client register. At the same time, the possibility of expanding the digital clientele to other professional sectors such as doctors, accommodation or hospitality operators, training centers, clinics, treatment centers, beauty centers, gyms, etc. is being considered.
