Burglars who broke into an apartment located in the center of Pyrgos early on Monday morning, September 2, escaped with a large amount of loot in their hands.
According to patrisnews.com, unknown persons “broke into” the apartment located on the first floor of the busy Pyrgos Street and, after turning the entire house upside down, discovered a box with 70,000 euros. The thieves also took the valuables and jewelry they found.
Images obtained by patrisnews.com show that there were at least three perpetrators, all wearing dark sweatshirts, hoods and surgical masks that obscured their facial features.
The thieves seemed to know where to “strike” as they approached the house, ignoring the CCTV cameras that recorded their every move frame by frame. The Pyrgos Sub-Directorate of Security launched a manhunt to find and arrest the criminals.
