Anyone can help those left homeless and without the basic necessities of life – three more municipalities in Attica have called for help for those affected by the fires.
Example of municipalities Vrilissia, Heraklion, Ilioupoli, Moschato Tavros and Agios Dimitrios three more followed – collection essential items for fire victims in the municipalities of Attica they announced Παπάγου-Χολαργού, Δάφνης-Υμηττού, Μαρκόπουλου Μεσογαίας:
- In Papagou Holargu, the collection point will be open at the dimarchio until Wednesday, August 14, from 08:00 to 20:00.
- In Daphni Immittos you can bring any donation you can to the address A' ΚΑΠΗ Δάφνης (Χρήστου Μιχαλόπουλου 65 & Βύρωνος), every day until Friday, August 16, from 08:00 to 15:00.
- In Markopoulou Mesogaia, aid is being received at Κοινωνικό Παντοπωλείο (Παπαδημητρίου 33) from tomorrow, Tuesday, August 13, until Friday, August 16, from 08:30 to 14:00.
How can I help? CNN Greece edition explainsthat citizens can donate: bottled water, saline solution, burn ointment, non-perishable food, baby wipes and diapers, hygiene items, gauze, bandages, protective masks (high protection), for pets packaged food, puppy food and leashes.
