Civil Protection has imposed a ban on suburban train traffic due to a fire near the Athens-Corinth national road, in the area of oil refineries.
According to the Hellenic Train announcement, train 1317 (Kiato-Piraeus) remains in Corinth and train 1314 (Piraeus-Kiato) remains in Agioi Theodorou. Power outage on the Corinth-Magoula section.
The fire has been partially brought under control. According to the fire service, the fire broke out at around 1:10 p.m. near the Athens-Corinth national highway in the direction of Corinth. Eighteen firefighters in seven vehicles are working to extinguish it, writes CNN Greece.
